Testpilot24 is the blog of LUMIVE, not an independent test site. We make and sell the LUMIVE products featured here and earn money when you buy them. Every article is advertising. Words like “test”, “comparison” or “our pick” always mean our own assessment, never an independent test by a consumer group or testing institute. Testpilot24 is operated by wavtext OÜ, the company that runs the LUMIVE shops. Details are in the Transparency Notice below.
wavtext OÜ · Registry Code 17433619 · VAT EE102953589 · Liiva tee 1-4, Kloogaranna küla, Lääne-Harju vald, Harju maakond 76708, Estonia · Represented by Juri Uit · support@try-lumive.com · +44 7457 422732
Testpilot24 is a commercial information and advertising platform operated by wavtext OÜ. wavtext OÜ also operates or markets the online shops and products featured and linked in articles published on Testpilot24.
The operator therefore has a direct commercial interest in visitors purchasing the featured products. If a visitor purchases a product through a link contained in an article, wavtext OÜ may benefit directly or indirectly from that sale.
Advertising Content
Articles that feature, review, recommend or link to products offered by wavtext OÜ or its online shops are commercial content intended to promote the sale of those products.
These articles are clearly labelled “Advertisement” or “Advertising” on Testpilot24. The label appears directly on the relevant article so that visitors can identify its commercial nature before reading it.
Testpilot24 is not an independent consumer organisation, comparison service or product-testing institute. In particular, the published content does not represent testing conducted by Stiftung Warentest, a consumer protection organisation or any other independent testing body.
Product Reviews and Tests
Terms such as “test,” “product test,” “review,” “recommendation” or “comparison” refer exclusively to assessments or evaluations conducted by or on behalf of the operator. Due to the operator’s commercial relationship with the featured products, these assessments must not be considered independent.
Where a product has been practically evaluated, the relevant article should explain the assessment criteria and the basis for its conclusions. Subjective opinions are not presented as objective or universally applicable findings.
The selection of featured products does not necessarily represent the entire market. Products sold by wavtext OÜ or through online shops connected to wavtext OÜ may receive preferential consideration.
Links to Online Shops
Product links on Testpilot24 may lead to online shops operated by or commercially connected to wavtext OÜ.
Unlike an independent affiliate website that merely receives a commission from an unrelated retailer, the operator of Testpilot24 may itself be the seller or another party that benefits financially from the sale.
Our Commitment to Transparency
Our aim is to communicate the commercial nature of Testpilot24 openly and clearly. Visitors should always be able to understand:
- who operates Testpilot24;
- the commercial relationship between the operator and the featured products;
- which articles contain advertising; and
- the basis on which products are assessed or recommended.
If you have questions about a particular article, product assessment or the commercial relationship between Testpilot24 and a linked online shop, please contact us using the details below.
